Refund policy
NumNum, Inc. carefully inspects each order prior to shipment to ensure
product is undamaged. However, we will happily replace any item that has manufacturing defects for up to one full year. If you receive a damaged item, we ask that you contact us at customercare@numnuminc.com. Please attach a photo of the damage in your email and we will replace it at no cost to you.
If you wish to cancel an order that is in process, please notify us within 24 hours
of when the order was placed.
