Where are your products made?
Our products are currently made overseas in a facility we visit regularly. We also have a mold in South Carolina and aim to shift some production to the U.S. soon!
How does NumNum support healthy development?
Our mission centers around supporting your child's growth. Each product is crafted to promote healthy habits and ensure your little ones receive the best start in life—because happy kids make happy parents!
How long will it take my order to ship?
Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days and are delivered within 5-7 business days. However, they can take longer in some circumstances. If you select Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 2 business days to MOST U.S. LOCATIONS. International orders may take up to two additional weeks.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive basic tracking with standard first-class shipping. For Express Shipping—especially recommended for international orders—you’ll get greater detail that allows you to follow up with the carrier if needed.
Will my payment be processed immediately?
Yes, the total amount of your order will be charged at the time of purchase.
What is the return policy?
At NumNum, Inc., we carefully inspect each order prior to shipment to ensure the product is undamaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at customercare@numnuminc.com. Attach a photo of the damage, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
